On January 20, 2025, JSVIAT held an online meeting with the University of Management and Economics in Cambodia. Participants included President Dr. TUN Pheakdey, Vice President for Academic Affairs Soth Vantok, Vice President for Research Tuna Narith, and Vice President for International Cooperation Leng Changti. JSVIAT president Shen Shide and Vice president Liu Haibo joined the seminar.The meeting focused on key aspects of the Zheng He College's development, including campus renovations, curriculum design, faculty exchange programs, and industry-academia collaboration.

Both institutions established a project team and developed a timeline to ensure the smooth implementation of various construction projects.
